Jennifer Foley instructs the following:
  • Tread on the mill - STRENGTH
  • This 45 min class is split between the tread and strength training. The run is designed with intervals similar to that of our Tread on the Mill signature class followed by functional strength training specifically designed to keep you injury free and running strong. Strength training consists of dumbbells, bands and core work. Expect to cover 2-4 miles while building more strength than most.

    You will efficiently strengthen all muscle groups, maximize calorie burn and increase endurance every Wednesday

  • Tread Express - Fitness: Get a full-body workout that fits into your schedule with these 30 minute classes. Small group classes allow the trainer to give more personalized instruction without missing a beat.

  • Kettlebell training is different than other form of weight training being taught at Tread. Many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. You will use your upper body & lower body while working your core the entire time!
